Retro is a tiny app for helping to conduct agile retrospective meetings. Everyone discusses what worked and what didn't work in the last sprint, as well as what we want to do differently in the next. After all the ideas are out, everyone votes on them and the top few are discussed.

I really like this app. This process great for post-mortems (after sprints or otherwise) on personal or group projects. I also agree with Jeremy's kudos idea.
